Everything went well yesterday with the calling hours and funeral. It was wonderful seeing so many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, I just wish it would have been under better circumstances. Many of us shared stories throughout the afternoon of the wonderful things we will remember about my grandma.The funeral service went smooth and the pastor gave a strong salvation message. Lindsey and Victoria did great, though it was a long, emotional day for them as well. Thanks again to so many of you for the prayers, flowers, help, offers to help, and phone calls. I have been reminded repeatedly over the last few days of God's many blessings!  less

  Mandy Weaver the world lost an amazing woman early this morning. My grandmother passed away overnight. I am so glad we were able to spend some time with her yesterday, loving on her and holding her hand.

  Mandy Weaver amazing how a phone call can change so many things. My grandma is not doing well. She continues to have seizures and now is having trouble breathing. She has a DNR in place, so they called in the family late yesterday. I spent a few hours with her and it ...  moreamazing how a phone call can change so many things. My grandma is not doing well. She continues to have seizures and now is having trouble breathing. She has a DNR in place, so they called in the family late yesterday. I spent a few hours with her and it is heartbreaking. She has worsened so quickly. Her medical team believes she will pass away at any point within the next few days. She is being given morphine to keep her comfortable but other than that there is nothing more they can do for her. Please pray for our family.  less

  Mandy Weaver my grandma was supposed to go to a nursing home yesterday after the difficult decision that she could no longer care for herself. She had a seizure, though, and had to be hospitalized instead. She has had several more and has had a bad reaction to the med...  moremy grandma was supposed to go to a nursing home yesterday after the difficult decision that she could no longer care for herself. She had a seizure, though, and had to be hospitalized instead. She has had several more and has had a bad reaction to the medication to the point that she is not currently in her typical state of mind. This has happened before and though she usually recovers, it is never back to the way she was. Every time she is losing more of her cognitive ability. Please pray for her health and comfort, as well as my mother. My mother has power of attorney and is responsible for her health care decisions. She has had to make some very difficult decisions. Neither are saved, so please pray for that as well.  less

  Christina Swann Pray for my mom please. She just found out she has an enlarged heart. I am not sure what is causing that yet. Also pray for me as I will now be driving to Cleveland myself today and for safe travel.

  Gerald Weaver Was on my way to Orwell tonight with Lindsey and our van broke down. I was hoping Lindsey could meet the McDonald girls. Long story short, got a tow and now at home safe and sound. The Lord is good.

  Louis Marion Brittany and Jamie have had their baby. Reilina Brook Pogras - 4 lbs 8.2 oz (so tiny)  Praise God she is perfect and healthy and is even taking to breastfeeding without much fuss.  Keep them all in prayer.

  Gerald Weaver I am using Firefox at home and can now post. I was having trouble before because I believe it was due to downloading a newer version of Internet Explorer. God is good. My father is helping me fix this house up. Can't wait to start Master Clubs in Orwell.
